FS-type spray gun circulation system + star-shaped nozzle
It is a circular type FS micro spray gun that can be easily disassembled and assembled without tools, making maintenance tasks such as cleaning and washing easy, and it features a star-shaped nozzle (patent pending).
This spray gun utilizes a unique automatic coating nozzle mechanism and has successfully added a narrow and small circulation circuit in front of its discharge nozzle, allowing for the uniform spray application of liquid materials containing fillers that are prone to settling. The specially developed nozzle features a star-shaped tip (patent pending), which promotes fine atomization, allowing liquid particles to adhere to uneven surfaces without excessive bouncing. Additionally, due to increased viscosity, the liquid particles form a uniform film without dripping.
